Greatest Moustaches in Comics: Dum Dum Dugan

As Movember draws ever nearer, I figure it is my duty as a moustache aficionado on the verge of growing an upper lip fringe for charity and as a comic book fan to highlight some of the greatest ‘staches in comics. To kick things off, let’s begin with a mustachioed military man who’s been kicking tail for the past 46 years: Timothy Aloysius Cadwallader “Dum Dum” Dugan.

Why I love the “Adventure Time Art” Tumbleblog

It’s well documented that I’m a pretty big fan of “Adventure Time.” That fanship led me to subscribe to the tumbleblog (or tumblr) where the folks from Frederator Studios working on the upcoming “Adventure Time” cartoon post all the art that will eventually appear on the show. Here are two great examples of (A) how hilarious this show is going to be and (B) why you should be checking this tumblr regularly.

Movember Moustache Movie Marathon

If you’ve been frequenting this blog, you know that come November I’ll be growing a moustache for a charity called the Movember Campaign. More EoP Fan Art!

Back in July, Post-It Note artist extraordinaire Larry Joe Mitchell became the first person ever to draw a piece of Enemy of Peanuts fan art. I missed meeting up with Mr. Mitchell at Chicago Comic Con to receive the Post-It, but I think that turned out for the best. You see, if I had met him there, I would have never gotten another piece of EoP fan art on the envelope that contained the first Post-It!
